Return & Exchange Conditions

  3. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
    • The product has been opened and is not defective.

  3. Return the Product: Please ensure the product is properly packed before returning it. Shipping costs are handled as follows:

    • Returns Due to Personal Reasons: The customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
